Our curriculum has been especially designed to support children to know more and remember more over time. 

We have considered cognitive science principles and research within our curriculum plans.  Staff have detailed training to support their understanding of children's learning and development.  Consideration of cognitive load is embedded within our curriculum; through delivery and planning.  

Our long term plans support children's progression through this research and understanding.  Key concepts are reinforced and revisited to support children to know more and remember more.
