Mental Health Support and Advice

At William Lilley, we focus upon the 'whole child' and supporting their personal, emotional, social and academic development.  The mental health and well-being of our school community is a priority for us all. 

We acknowledge that an important part of learning is being able to talk and explore our emotions during periods of challenge, which we all have at some time or other.  We have put together a range of resources to help you talk about emotions, overall mental health and various signposts to support for yourself and your family.  

For children

We have created a playlist of useful videos and links to support children to manage anxiety, to help them with regulation strategies and to help develop their growth mindset.

For adults

Adults may need support with their own mental health.  There are a wide range of organisations who can help, some of which are identified below.
